      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are &lt;B&gt;not&lt;/B&gt; the Custodial Parent, then you need a signed IRS Form 8332 from the custodial parent to claim any tax benefits. You can not claim EIC or Care credits based on child&amp;nbsp;in any case.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
