I'm having the same issue. Or it asks me for permissions to my keychain and doesn't recognize my password.

I ran into this last year and had to enter manually. Too much time and money spent to not be able to use the most important feature.

Yes, that's what I ended up doing. I had to re-enter item by item, my donations to Goodwill and others. I feel this was unnecessary - why did I enter the items at the time of donation in the first place? At least it went quicker the second time around once I figured it out.
