Help with Form 1095-A

We received 1095-A for my wife who is not working and not retired yet, but the return shows her and me as a participant and I am on medicare with my own supplement insurance. How can I eliminate me?

I have the same problem. There was no option to enter just my wife.

I am helping a friend do her taxes. She is on a managed medicare plan. They want us to enter numbers, and we do not have a form to enter them from.

Any suggestions? Does she need to enter her monthly premiums? Please help.
