      <description>&lt;P&gt;You can't. All your Federal information is calculated and transferred to the 1040. If you are trying to file just a state return, that is not possible. You need to do your Federal first.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for your quick response. I have already filed and the IRS said that they have received our returns. However they haven't been processed. Even though our wages have been recorded on their website from 2019. As for this year, I would like to avoid mailing our returns because of the 11 month delay that is still ongoing with our 2019 taxes.. is there any way to get a new 5-digit pin or access that identification pin from the IRS?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
