Your message shows you are using the Free online edition. The Free edition does not support Live telephone support from a TurboTax agent. You can upgrade to the Plus or higher edition for TurboTax support or you can ask your question here, at no charge, and someone will be able to help you.

I need help with my account after completing my taxes and paying turbo tax the account wont go any further for completion.
