e-file transmission issue is when your return doesn't go through after clicking
Transmit Returns Now. It's a technical problem with your computer or internet
connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If you didn't click Transmit
     Returns Now, you don't have a transmission issue. Rather, your return
     cannot be e-filed for another reason. TurboTax will let you know why.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;If the status of your return
     is pending or rejected, you don't have a transmission issue either because
     your return made it to our Electronic Filing Center and/or the IRS/state
     agency.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If your "Transmit My Returns Now" button is not working, it may be due to a &lt;B&gt;CAPTCHA&lt;/B&gt; not appearing, where one would need to checkmark &lt;B&gt;&lt;I&gt;"I am not a robot."&lt;/I&gt;&lt;/B&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;B&gt;NOTE:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/B&gt; Are you using any ad blockers or script blockers? &amp;nbsp; If so, that may be blocking the CAPTCHA.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, here's how to troubleshoot:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;First, simply refresh the page in your browser and see if that changes anything.&lt;BR /&gt;
  &lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If not, then log out and clear your browser Internet cache.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Close the browser and reopen it.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure &lt;B&gt;cookies&lt;/B&gt; are allowed/enabled in your browser settings so the CAPTCHA will appear.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Log in and try again.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If still unsuccessful, do all the above, then this time open a private window/private browsing (aka "incognito mode").&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Log in with the private window (again making sure &lt;B&gt;cookies are allowed&lt;/B&gt;)
 and try the efile again. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;Or see if trying a different browser (&lt;B&gt;with cookies allowed&lt;/B&gt;) will solve it.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have an iPad with iPadOS 14.4. &amp;nbsp;Using the TurboTax app ver 7.3.2, the Safari browser, or the DuckDuckGo browser, when getting to the “Sign and transmit your 2020 return“ screen, the Captcha will not come up. &amp;nbsp;I have used all your suggestions on pop-ups, cookies, private browsing, etc, with multiple log-outs and log-ins. &amp;nbsp;Nothing works - Captcha doesn’t pop up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
