Turbotax live completely broken

Turbo Tax live is completely broken and stuck. It is stuck on meet your advisor. I have cleared browsers and logged in and out.

The problem is the design in the system. Turbotax hired over 6,000 new "tax experts" and they are still in training many of them. Therefore, my view stays the same unless they interact with me. I have tried to downgrade or have them fix this by calling and spending about 5 hours already trying to fix this while waiting on the phone and getting switched to different customer support.

I have used TurboTax for 8 years and am computer literate. This is a design flaw. It should be fixed. Still trying to fix. If you know how to fix this please fix

I'm with you. I'm totally stuck. I wish I could revert out of Live but can't do that either!!

I am an 8 year customer and spent literally 8-9 hours on the phone yesterday with no fix.

Yeah I liked the convenience of having all my info here and the normal ease. Covid/Stimulus/cares act are wreaking havoc on the system I think. I'm gonna give it a few days and start looking for other options.

I've been trying since Sunday. It is the highest level of TurboTax product. Their customer service reps do not know what they are doing and are unprofessional. They have no management. There is NO quality control. TurboTax CEO clearly does not care about the company because the company is being mismanaged. TurboTax has turned into a terrible software that is fully broken. I have called to downgrade to a lower product and that is not working. They all say they have never seen anything like it. I don't have a twitter but please let the CEO know if you have one. It is terrible that it is so extremely glitched. I am locked out of viewing previous year taxes because of this. If you call, I've talked to superviors, product support, live support, tax experts, customer support, general help, and every area possible. They are a complete joke of a company at this point.

So the Vice President of Turbotax, Lance Williams, personally reached out to me. Very impressed. He is extremely professional and looking into this with the utmost attention to detail with his engineers.

This has happened to me as well. I will be late filing my taxes and want my money back. Turbo Tax has been horrible for me at this point I will just do them myself then wait on hold all day without speaking to someone. At this point I can't even do my job because Im on hold all day for Turbo Tax. It's been 5 hours.

TurboTax customer service/support does not have a single phone number but has many different phone numbers based on the type of platform used. So that we can direct your call to the best person/department to help you:

Click on this link: https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/
Select your TurboTax platform.
Ask your question / state your problem. Do NOT use the word "refund' or you will get a phone number for tax refunds.
Click Submit.
On the next screen, choose the Call option and follow the instructions. You will be given the approximate wait time.

You'll get a toll-free number to a TurboTax expert who is specially-trained to handle your particular issue.

My 3rd stimulus is to be put in my account on March 17th 2021 but it's going to the old account with same bank. Turbotax helped me get the second stimulus can you help me get the 3rd in correct account. I haven't filed 2020 taxes yet but I will have you do them

The IRS will mail you a check if the direct deposit information is incorrect and the deposit is rejected.

I couldn't agree more. I missed my "experts" initial phone call and now I have never heard from them again after leaving 4 messages in the tool. I would like to completely start over and try someone else but there is no way for me to do anything at this point. I am completely stuck at this point with no help, no way to start over, and no way to talk to anyone. I will never use TurboTax again.

I too am completely locked out of my taxes now. I wish I had read how to do this before I started but now I cannot even get to previous years taxes to download. COMPLETELY STUCK and VERY UNHAPPY.
