I cannot get through to anyone. I have questions about my last year return but when I call the customer support number and input my phone number or email it just says it cannot locate my account and hangs up on me. I paid for the delux verison last year

This is literally of no help, this number is the number I have been trying to call that the automated system is hanging up on me from. Your automated system is truly terrible and your customer support is quite lacking.
