    <description>&lt;P&gt;I think I understand that forms are not ready.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What I don't understand is the e-mail from Turbo-Tax that said:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;(Please Sign in to Your Account) We've Got E-File Ready for You&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why did you say e-file is ready when it isn't?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I used Turbo-Tax Premiere online yesterday, it stated when I got done that I could not e-file because not all forms were ready.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Today, I got an e-mail from Turbo-tax saying e-file was ready.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I returned to&amp;nbsp;Turbo-Tax Premiere online and got that same information that e-file was not ready.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why am I getting conflicting information from Turbo-Tax&amp;nbsp; and what is being done to correct it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to clear your browser's cache and cookies to see if that clears up the issue? Sometimes a full or clogged cache will keep TurboTax from functioning correctly or catching the&amp;nbsp;form updates.&lt;/P&gt;
