1099-INT Needs Review

I uploaded my 1099-INT for 2020. All boxes are empty expect Box 1 and Box 17. Box 17 says $0.00. There is a need for review because it wants me to add a state for Box 15, but this box is blank on my 1099-INT form. Do I enter my state anyway?

Hi @meredith2998,

If adding the state will get you past the review, do it. There's no downside to adding that info.
