Never had an issue before importing the 1099-B form, just this year.

Under "Smart Check"

Form 1099-B Worksheet (TD Ameritrade Clearing, Inc.): Sales Price does not match the value on the Capital Gain (Loss) Adjustment Worksheet. Leave this value blank when using the Capital Gain (Loss) Adjustment Worksheet.

Sale Price $XXXX

If you are filing with TurboTax online, let's do these steps:

Check your internet connection. Try to log out and sign back in the program.
Clear your cache and sign back into the program. To clear cache, click here: Cache
You may also try a different browser.

If this issue persists, you might want to try to enter the information manually. Here are the steps:

After sign into the program, follow prompts
At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in 1099b and Enter
Select Jump to 1099b
Follow prompts
