Extra State Download Purchase 2021

2021 I downloaded my "free" first state successfully.

When I go to purchase my 2nd State I get a pop up box for Billing Info that is too large, and I cannot see continue or other such button.

On the main Turbo Tax I reduced my View to 80% and that did not seem to help.

Please check your settings on your monitor, it may be set to more than 100%. This setting is different than the view setting on your computer.

Depending on what operating system you are using it may take different steps. If you are on Windows 8 or 10:

Right click on a blank area of your desktop screen.
Click on display settings.
Here you can check and see what the setting is set to.

On windows computer the amount of display zoom (> 100% ) in the settings of WINDOWS can cause the Turbo Tax pop up boxes to show only partially and therefore not be usable. If you shrink screen size = 100% or less the pop up boxes then display fully .

When I try to download a second state for purchase another window opens up but it is blank and nothing happens.

Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies?

Clearing history, cache, cookies did not help. To clarify, I get screens "finish state taxes", then a window with "let's complete the purchase" with a "continue" button. When I press "continue" a blank screen comes up with "turbo tax" in the top left but other than that it is a blank screen. Thanks for any suggestions.

Sometimes it just locks up on the "lets complete your purchase" screen and pushing the continue button does nothing. There is another spot where it says "if you are having trouble connecting we can help" and that does nothing either.
