&lt;P&gt;1. Right-click on the Turbo Tax 2020 icon on your desktop.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2. Select Compatibility.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;3. Check the box "Run as Administrator."&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;4. Click Apply.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;5. Click OK.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P class="x-hidden-focus"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Double click the Turbo Tax icon to start the program. Updates should be loaded and the&amp;nbsp;program will run properly.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it is now working after I stopped the service - update.&amp;nbsp; Now the 2019 tax file opens and updates but the return is not fully complete.&amp;nbsp; I have rechecked the same tax file on my original computer and it is complete including the evidence of fed and state efile.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
