Why am I not getting email notifications?

The last email I rcvd from turbotax was 12/31 about the stimulus I never rcvd the email regarding it being on the way

While an email announcement was made, it is entirely possible that not all clients were able to receive the email for various reasons. But we are trying to make everyone aware either by direct email, social media, this platform, our blog posts, or any other means possible. We do feel it important to communicate.

Having said this, Please note the following update:

We are happy to share that stimulus payments will begin to be deposited on January 8th for millions of our customers affected by the IRS error. We expect most of these payments to be available that day, but banks could take a few business days to process. Payment will be deposited into the same bank account that customers received their 2019 tax refund.

Customers receiving a stimulus payment will receive an email from TurboTax letting them know their stimulus payment is on the way.We have been working tirelessly with the Treasury and IRS to get stimulus payments to our customers. We know how important these funds are for so many Americans and we regret that an IRS error caused a delay.

Why am I not getting email notifications? I entered my email as I do each year. My email has not changed.

Have you checked your spam/junk folder to see if your notifications are going there? You can also view your communication preferences inside your Intuit Account. See this How to access and manage your personal data from your Intuit Account for more information.
