I get the same error. It appears the software is requesting the 2019 format for the license code. The format I have is 2020. This appears to be a distribution problem, but don't know how to get support involved.

Manually running the startup file from the CD forced the application to re-install and download updates, which didn't happen with the autorun. This fixed the problem and TT is installed and working now. Thanks for the input.

I solved the mystery . When entering my activation code I miss typed 2 for a Z . I finally got a magnifying glass to see my error. Maybe error code 607 could mention to recheck the activation code again as a possible Solution ...

Turbotax help is a disaster. The automatic system just keeps you going in circle. You can't find a real person or a phone number. The Community is not having any better luck than I am. I have been using some version of Turbotax since 1990 and the only thing that keeps me paying their fees is the history that is embedded in their rotten system. Big tech is no friend and only cares about profits. it is late and I am VERY frustrated.

I have the same problem and the same code. Can't get support of any kind. Called the phone number provided but still no solution. Be better off going back to the old way on CD. Technology!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
