Turbo Premier 2020 DOES NOT LOAD PDF files.

Two problems. #1 booklet says load from CD I purchased or download. That's Bogus. Go to Turbo Tax.com

and all you get is offers to purchase or complete online. Says I will be charged later..ha..I already paid for the CD, just my Mac does not have a cd Drive so figured I could download the files. Wrong! Seems this year they have complete buggered up Turbo Tax. I've used it for years and never problems like now. Even the upgrade at the beginning failed with error -[phone number removed], ask for more info and comes back page no longer exists. Ha.. Got me again. Last year I used Win 7, this year Win 10. Seems Intuit did not program the older files into the new Win 10 version. None of the pdf files will import. Renamed, changed default program several times, nothing works, it just does NOT support pdf files as stated on the screen. After purchasing the CD package you can not even download the product as stated on the booklet. This product is on the way back first thing Monday. I don't need headaches like this TurboTax 2020 is giving me. It's a terrible product!!! Beware.

Transferring PDF's instead of tax data files is always iffy.

The 2020 TurobTax desktop Premier for Windows installs without issues. Updates available and install without issues.

2019 PDF does not load!! Uhh!! No other file is available. Have to start from scratch! Depreciation schedules for property and so on are gone! Very bad development after years of flawless product use.
