Use to use Home and Business software. Not self employed anymore. Home owner, have a dependent, pension, receive SS benefits. Which tax program is best?

If you also have to file a state tax return then the Deluxe desktop edition is sufficient, otherwise you could use the Basic desktop edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/cd-download/

All versions of the CD/download have the same forms and schedules. If you are going to use online software and do not need Self-Employed then start out in Deluxe and upgrade if you find you need to. The things you mention are all covered in Deluxe.
