The last 2 years I have claimed my fiance on my Federal return.

She has during this time had no income and stayed home with our children. She was not counted as a dependant for either stimulus payment.

She went back to work in 2020. If I file Head of Household and claim her will the RRTC be available or would she need to file separately? Is she eligible for it at all?

no one over the age of 16 who is a dependent is eligible for the stimulus. it is that simple.

in 2020, if she made more than $4300 she can not be your dependent. otherwise she CAN be your dependent and is not eligible for the stimulus, whether your claim her or not is immaterial.

You cannot claim your GF if she made over $4300 of income in 2020. You say she went back to work in 2020. If so, she can file her own tax return and use the recovery rebate credit to receive the stimulus with her own tax refund.

If you have a child together then only one of you should claim the child as a dependent. The other parent should not enter anything about the child on their tax return.
