Well stop it. You cannot use 2018 software on a phone or any other mobile device. The 2018 software you have to use can only be used on a full PC or Mac. Do you have access to a computer? If not, better see if someone will allow you to use the software on theirs.

Or use the paper forms and prepare them by hand.

What did you purchase? Did you buy the 2018 program from here? https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/2018

You need a full Windows or Mac computer to install it on.
