Go to Federal>Deductions and Credits>Estimates and Other Taxes Paid>Other Income Taxes

....a bit of a blurp there (unless the poster changed their original question)....but for Online TTX folks it's

...not sure what they are showing as the navigation for the Desktop folks for 2020 (haven't bought it yet, but for desktop it used to be just very slightly different:
