      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, your paystub does not have the correct information to file a return.&amp;nbsp; You need to wait until you get your W2.&amp;nbsp; The IRS gets copies of all W2's &amp;amp; if your information on your return is not what is on the W2, then your return &amp;amp; refund can be delayed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The IRS is not even accepting returns at this time.&amp;nbsp; Not to mention it is way to early to file, things can still change for the 2020 filing season.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;NO&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&amp;nbsp; You cannot use a paystub on a 2020 tax return.&amp;nbsp; It will not have the correct information.&amp;nbsp; You will have to use the W-2 provided by your employer,.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Employers have until 02/01/2021 to provide the 2020 W-2&lt;/P&gt;</description>
