You can verify the the type of Form 1040 that you are using in TurboTax Online by following the steps below:

Sign into your Online account

Click the orange button that says "Take me to my return"

Go to "My Account at the top right and select Tools.

In the Tools Center Pop-Up Window select "View Tax Summary".

Scroll down to the bottom of the Review Summary page, you will see the type of Form 1040 that you are using.

If you wish to file a different form you can use the Clear & Start Over feature in TurboTax Online as long as you have not yet paid or registered, Here's how:
