If purchased something on the TurboTax website you were sent an email that should show the amount paid, how paid and your order number.

I only received emails stating that order was being processed and that order was ready.

Neither contained amount paid, how paid or order number.

Checked junk folder and trash folder, but no email message there either.

Website would be better if access to order information was available without needing order #, especially if only way to know number is in one single email.

What did you buy? The Desktop program download or CD?

Ordered download.

The order status page (link you provided) is where I'm stuck because it requires the order number to access it.

If you purchased a download then sign onto your download account with the exact same User ID you used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

I appreciate your replies, but you don't seem to understand my issue.

I can access my account on the website, but when I click on Order Status the next webpage asks for Order Number and Zip Code. I don't know what my order number is because I never received an email confirmation showing order number, amount paid and how paid.

I guess I'll just have to call for help on Monday.

Understand. But you do not need your order status to download your purchase.

If you go to this website https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts and sign in with your User ID it will take you to your TurboTax Account. There you can click on Downloads and your purchase will be available for you to download.

Again, downloading my purchase is NOT the issue.

I want to see the breakdown of the charges for my order, and without a confirmation email the only way to see it is to view my order info, which I can't access without my order number.

I called Customer Support and Josh sent the confirmation email to me, which had all the info I needed.

I hope TurboTax will either include the order number in the "order processed" and "order ready to download" emails, or make the order information accessible online without needing the order number.

You will need to contact customer support for your order number if you did not receive an email from us for a Desktop product.

If you used TurboTax Online last year, you can find your order number by following these steps:

Log into TurboTax.
Go to your Tax Home, by selecting Tax Home from the menu on the left side of your screen.
Select Show to expand Your Tax Returns and Documents, and then select View order details.
Once you have your order number, look up the details here.

You can Sign In to your Intuit account. If you don't see your TurboTax under Downloads, look for 'Products & Billing'.

The License Code is included there to be pasted in automatically for you.

It does not include Order Number and that is what the people on this particular thread are looking for. No one needs to access the page that tells them what they own; they want access to the order number for the products.

After trying at this for way too long now it is clear that calling is the only way to go unfortunately.

This is so stupid. There is no "View Order Summary," option, and I never received an email with the order number.

There's a "View E-File Summary," which does not include an order number. I feel like I've spent hours this year just trying to get to the pages I need to get to, or trying to find data like this. I think I'll hire an accountant next year.
