Why is my TurboTax Deluxe 2019 asking to charge me for my state form now?

Where did you purchase the 2019 TurboTax software?

If you purchased the software from the TurboTax website it includes one free state program download - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/

If you purchased the software for a retailer the Deluxe edition is sold with or without one free state program download. Check the retailer's website for the version you purchased or look on the box if you purchased a CD.

Also, a 2019 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

Thanks for the reply, I got it from Amazon and it did include 1 state with it. However, I removed and reinstalled it with all the latest updates and it works OK now. Aloha and stay safe!
