We cannot see your screen, your tax return or your account. We cannot see any of your information at all. When you have all of your tax information-----which you will receive in 2021----prepare a 2020 tax return and see if you owe.

Or---are you asking about your 2019 tax return? If you are asking about 2019--look at your own tax return.

What does it say on the "refund monitor" on the screen?

Look at your2019 Form 1040. What do you see on line 20? Line 23?

Line 20 is a refund

Line 23 is tax due that you have to pay to the IRS

If you have federal tax due you can pay by mailing your payment with the 1040V voucher, (which has the address printed on it, having the payment taken out of a designated bank account, or you can pay directly on the IRS website.
