If you are an Advantage subscriber sign onto your Advantage account and download the 2020 installation file - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage

Or sign onto your download account and see if there is a 2020 download available - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

If you purchased the CD from TurboTax and do not have a download available, contact TurboTax support for assistance in getting the download - https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/

TurboTax support is open from 5am to 5pm Pacific time, Monday thru Friday

Your license code is entered when you are installing the software.

If you bought the CD then instructions are on the CD sleeve as to how/where to download the program and then you use the license code to activate it.
