      <description>I received an email to my account &lt;B&gt;[personal info removed]&lt;/B&gt; saying that my TurboTax 2017 was ready. So I clicked download, which brought me to your website, where I updated the info I was asked, but then no download is available. And it says no program is associated with my account, which is not true, because I've had the auto purchase program for several years now. Please help! Thanks.</description>

&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that's not your issue, then here's how to look for your download.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;B&gt; If you don't see your download in your account at all, and especially if you don't see your previous downloads from prior years, then you may have multiple accounts without realizing it, which is common.&lt;/B&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The email address you received your notification at is not necessarily the User ID for the account.&amp;nbsp; You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes. A User ID does not have to be an email address.&amp;nbsp; It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First try to retrieve your download here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;

account.&amp;nbsp; To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you
 can use the tool at the link below.&amp;nbsp; Try using your phone number first.&amp;nbsp; If necessary, then try each email address you can access.&amp;nbsp; Once you know all of 
your User IDs, then try each one at the download link I provided above.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;B&gt;NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below,
 log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might 
end up in a loop.&amp;nbsp; Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your
