How do I find my claim id number?

Not sure what you are looking for . There is nothing in TurboTax called a claim number. What are you trying to do?

es, there is a Claim ID that the Audit Center gives you when you make a request for one.

I need to look up my ID also. How can the Audit Center find the Claim ID that they opened for me?

@despenla Are you referring to a claim you submitted using TurboTax's Audit Defense? If so, you will need to contact Tax Audit Defense Customer Service using the steps below:

Navigate to the following website: Audit Support
Find the section titled "What if I'm being audited?"
Select Go to my Audit Defense account
A pop-up box will appear containing a phone number, email address and website for Audit Defense Customer Service.

Thanks for the info. I was asking about a Claim ID number which is assigned using the link in this comment:

I submitted a request for one but have had no response yet. The Audit Center was unable to find it. This was supposed to be for any TT customer, even those who did not purchase the extra Audit Defense, but it appears you have to buy that to get any help.
