Tax Refund

According to the IRS, my refund was deposited to my credit union on 11/18. It was not. I mailed my return. I'm looking at the direct deposit info, and I don't recognize the numbers. Is this information about the debit card I was sent? If so, I don't know how to use it. I don't have a PIN. Please help.
