    <description>&lt;P&gt;My father in law passed away.&amp;nbsp; My wife is executor.&amp;nbsp; My father in laws wife has not been nice with my wife to say the least.&amp;nbsp; She has moved out of my father in laws house.&amp;nbsp; My father in law just had a.pension and social.securoty as income his tax liability is minimal at most.&amp;nbsp; His wife had more income.&amp;nbsp; My wife does not want to deal with her again.&amp;nbsp; Can we file married file separately for the tax year?&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
