First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/" target="_blank"&gt;https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Didn't work. I filed my 2019 taxes a little over a year ago. Just realized the IRS never received my 2019.efiled.&amp;nbsp; Maybe they sent an email saying that it was rejected, but when I sign into turbo (i hate my customers and refuse to be reachable by phone) tax, it says nothing about anything being rejected. When I go to my documents, it shows all my 2019 forms filled out. How do I get turbotax aka worst customer service ever to re send my taxes? FFS should not be this difficult. turbo tax your automated system is a joke. will never recommend this garbage service to anyone. just terrible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
