Paid to get taxes done and irs told me they were rejected. The taxes was done through this system and I’m trying to get them to fix them

online prep for 2019 is closed. contact support to see if they download a free copy of TT to your computer.

Did you PAY someone to do your taxes and they used the Turbotax program ??? If so that was illegal.

It is too late to fix and re efile any return ... your only option is to print, ink sign and mail in the return.
