Your customer service is terrible. I have tried two times to speak to someone about being overcharged for your tax service and I’m either told the wrong thing or told that I need to speak to a supervisor, but the callback I received was after supervisor hours. What do I need to do to speak to someone who can give me a partial refund for the fee I was charged that I did not authorize? I don’t want a full refund because I used your tax software, I just don’t want to be charged for the live tax service fee which I did not use and did not authorize.

Extremely frustrated customer and I have used TurboTax for years.

Yes..TTax support is awful! I called twice and got hung up on twice when I insisted on a simple answer to a simple question without all sorts of verification info.

The second call was to a heavily-accented Philippino women in a very echo-ey room.

BAD.

This the only place to call and the reps are awful.

Turbo-tax CS is very very very BAD. They charged me $159 for "TurboTax Online Expert Assist Premium". They kept me waiting for 4 hours saying that an expert will call you in 9 minutes. That 9 minutes call never came. Horrible experience. Better go with H&R block.

TURBOTAX PREMIER 2025 DESKTOP IS NOT UPDATING AND POPULATING DATA THAT I HAVE INPUT. WORKING WITH CARRIE AND ASHANNA SUPPORT THEY SAID IT WOULD BE FIXED. LAST UPDATE DID NOTHING. PROGRAM STILL FAILS ALL SECTIONS..

If your Renter's Rebate Credit is from your state, you may need to file a State Return to claim it. You can probably do that through your state's portal, since you're not required to file a Federal return, or you can use TurboTax to prepare both a Federal and State return, and only Efile your state return.
