You do not log onto a downloaded TurboTax software installation. You need the license code - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/tax-topics/help/i-can-t-find-my-license-code/01/852973

I have an order number from the digital download, but no license code.

If you downloaded TurboTax directly from an authorized retailer, your license code should be included in your order confirmation. Check your email or your order history. If it’s not there, you’ll need to contact the retailer directly.

That's where I found the 'order number': [product key removed]67 (last numbers obfuscated for security) This does not re-activate the installation.

Also, for your download....you're referring to 2019 TurboTax, correct? Please be sure you're inputting the TurboTax License Code, the order number relates to Amazon which will not work. You should see the code in your email or order history, If you don't have it in either place you'll have to contact Amazon directly.

We were able to find some directions to help find your code. (Thanks to an Amazon-user!)
Hopefully this helps!

"You can find the key this way:

1) Under "Account & Lists", select Account
2) Click on "Digital Games and Software"
3) You should see a link to download the software: [Your TurboTax Product]
4) And under the item you should see a 16-digital alphanumeric sequence "
