      <description>&lt;P&gt;That is correct. Free filing is only available when you e-file, and the option to have your fees deducted from your refund is also only available if you e-file. E-file closed October 15. You will need to purchase a copy of TurboTax as a download or on a CD to install on your own computer. You can use a credit or debit card, or possibly cash, if you can still find a store like Staples or OfficeMax that has a copy of last year’s tax CD in a back room.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
