TurboTax for 2019 is no longer available and is no longer supported. Even if you find a copy somewhere, you will not be able to use it.

TurboTax cannot be used to prepare tax returns for clients. TurboTax is only for do-it-yourself consumer use and cannot be used by paid preparers. Intuit (the company that makes TurboTax) has three tax software product lines for professional preparers: ProSeries, Lacerte, and ProConnect. You can find information about all three product lines at this link.

I have 2019 on an USB connected hard drive - removed from a failed hardware notebook and put in an external hard drive case. It was operating on my Toshiba, but I am not able to open it on my Dell Notebook which I began using in 2019. I have the CD/Activation Code. How do I get the 2019 Turbo Tax running on my Dell?

TurboTax for 2019 is no longer supported. There is no way to install it on a new computer.
