      <description>&lt;P&gt;e-file for self prepared software permanently shut down on Oct 15 for all new tax returns. &amp;nbsp; If you filed before Oct 15 and were rejected or started a 2019 tax return before Oct 15, then you have until Oct 31 to finish and e-file.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you log in to TurboTax online you will see that if your return is started before Oct 15, you still have until Oct 31 to e-File it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
