What is your question? This is a message forum, not live chat. You have to post all the details of your question and wait for someone to respond.

Are you asking about your own EIN or your employer's EIN? Your employer's EIN is on your W-2. You cannot file your tax return without your W-2. You need other information from the W-2 besides the employer's EIN. If you don't have your W-2 from 2017, contact the employer and ask them if they can still send you another copy.

Why are you asking about 2017 now? Are you just now filing your 2017 tax return? If so you will have to file it by mail, so you will have to attach a copy of the W-2.

Did you work for the same employer anytime after 2017?

No one else has access to your account(s) or your tax returns. You can look at your own tax return and find the W-2 information you entered in the worksheets. TurboTx does not have a copy of the actual W-2.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.
