      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you pay for the Deluxe Online version? &amp;nbsp;If you started online you might be able to efile until Oct 31. &amp;nbsp;You have to log in to the same account. &amp;nbsp;Or you can print and mail it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/" target="_blank"&gt;https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If it takes you to the download option you bought the Desktop program. &amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Sorry you can't apply the Desktop purchase to the online version.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;They are separate things and don't talk or sync to each other. And now Online is closed for 2019. &amp;nbsp; So you have to find a computer you can install it on or&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;get a refund for the Desktop CD/Download program.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Contact Customer Service 5am-5pm Pacific M-F &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;You &amp;nbsp;need to pick the CD/Download program in the product drop down box. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/" target="_blank"&gt;https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
