If you entered Any type of investment sale, to include the sale of a second/vacation home, the Premier online edition is required.

If you entered income and expenses for a Rental or Royalty property, the Premier online edition is required.

The Deluxe online edition does not support the types of tax date which require a Schedule D or Schedule E.

Go to this TurboTax website for the tax forms supported for each online edition - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/deluxe.jsp#tax-forms

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

It is now too late to e-file a 2019 return, you will need to print ink sign and mail it. And if you cannot finish the return to print it off in the next five days, you will need to switch to the downloaded program to finish the return. If you have not yet paid for the online program, then you can switch now to the downloaded program and if you don't need to file a state you can cheap out with the basic program. If you need to file a state return then you can use the deluxe program. This will save you the upgrade fee to the premium version as all downloaded programs can handle all tax situations.
