Hi,

I need help with Form 8960.

1) I can find the form 8960, but how do I get to 8960 using the Turbo Tax Step-by-step approach

2) How to fill the question

9b) State, local, and foreign income tax (see instructions, It link to 8960 worksheet, but the worksheet does not help.)

-- does this refer to all the state and local tax we paid which included both (1) + (2)

(1) 2019 State and local tax withhold in year 2019

(2) the 2019 State and Local Tax paid in 2020 with Tax Return

Or does this refer to only (2)?

2) On the left menu, click "Open Form"

3) In the search Box, type, Form 8960
