      <description>&lt;P&gt;BS.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; try to email turbo tax... and you will put your hair out..... sorry don't have enough hair to try again.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is only one process for requesting refund and I have now done that three times..........&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I have also phone and spoken with Turbo Tax cust service for over 30 hours for an install issue w home/business.. and with help to apply for a refund.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So spending more time when your system for communication is terrible, though your cust support folks do try but you have their arms tied behind their back........&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; By the way i have used turbotax for at least 13 years probably longer............&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Here's my refund request info w attachment.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I even followed cust service prompts and worked with cust service to get a refund.&amp;nbsp; ALL items you request were provided...............&amp;nbsp; BUT here they are again- included attached pdf file of purchase w price, date, home and business&amp;nbsp; etc. (Scan 0002 ) WHoops you don't take an attachment......&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; imagine that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Please refund............&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; as I have now invested over 30 hours to make the software work and to get a refund for the diskette provided in January 2023.&amp;nbsp; Original license provided with diskette: [Removed]&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently received a billing notice via email for invoice # TTWCA151937297 for TurboTax 2020 Federal and State Tax return program.&amp;nbsp; The order placement date is 10/13/2021.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;This is an error on your part since I have previously paid for and filed this service.&amp;nbsp; Do not submit for payment to my charge card.&amp;nbsp; Please acknowledge this correction within 10 days or I will be forced to contact my bank to investigate this claim if the charge is made.&amp;nbsp; Further, I have used TurboTax for the past many years but will not renew the service if this issue is not resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
