      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, you don't change the name. The name at the top of Schedule B just identifies what tax return the Schedule B belongs to. It has nothing to do with which one of you received the income.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In the good old&amp;nbsp; days of paper filing a return .... the main taxpayer's name &amp;amp; SS# was listed on the top of every tax form sent to the IRS so if the pile of returns on a data input operator's desk fell on the floor and got jumbled up&amp;nbsp; all the individual&amp;nbsp; returns could be reassembled correctly ... it means nothing more than that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
