your agent told me i had to switch to software version.. there is no phone number on there..what is the support number for the desktop version software

They are available from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific time Monday-Friday

If you need to switch to the desktop software ---you have to download it, update it and open it up from your own hard drive to use it.
