      <description>&lt;P&gt;What password is keeping you from e-filing?&amp;nbsp; Do you mean you cannot access your account?&amp;nbsp; You have to be able to access your account whether you want to e-file or print and mail the return.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P class="p1"&gt;&lt;SPAN class="s1"&gt;Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.&lt;SPAN class="Apple-converted-space"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/SPAN&gt;Log out of the account you are in now.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No matter what Password I tried to create to save, as was recommended by Turbo Tax, in order to e-file, it would NOT accept ANY PASSWORD AT ALL. So in order to e-file, I had to SAVE &amp;nbsp;"without" a PASSWORD. &amp;nbsp;I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS, BUT NOTHING WORKED. &amp;nbsp;Please advise on how I can go back to correct this issue. &amp;nbsp;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The first thing I would do is clear cache and cookies and even change your browser. This way we know you are on a clean slate to move forward and things should be operating properly. Please log completely out of TurboTax, then try clearing out&amp;nbsp;your browser's cache stored on your computer. A full or corrupted cache can keep TurboTax from functioning properly. Please see the TurboTax FAQ's on how to clear your cache&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/troubleshooting/help/how-to-clear-your-cache/00/26135" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.
