Can't do taxes, TurboTax Premier 2019 download NEVER goes past the activation screen, its stuck

The products are worse and worse each year, this year my downloadable version of TurboTax Premier 2019 download NEVER goes past the activation screen - after installation I got the stupid square with moving dots for the last hour. I have all the 5 previous years installed on this PC, this year intuit overdid it.

I paid for a product that is USELESS. Anyone any solution ? The website and getting help - no one to talk to - Its complete amateur hour.

Here are the recommended installation steps:

You must install using Administrator privilege.

First manually disconnect your computer from the Internet so you can safely temporarily disable your antivirus and firewall software programs.

Close any other open programs. If installing from a downloaded installation file, then double-click the file to start the install process.

After installing, be sure to re-enable your antivirus and firewall programs before connecting your computer back up to the Internet.

Reboot (restart) your computer.

Launch TurboTax and run the program updater.

How do I open my tax return in the TurboTax software I installed?

After launching the TurboTax program, you can either:

Click Continue under the return you want to open, or
Select Open Tax Return from the File menu (Windows) or TurboTax menu (Mac), browse to the location of your .tax or tax data file (not the PDF), select it, and then click Open.

Please note that you'll need to use the same tax-year TurboTax program to open your tax file. For example, use TurboTax 2019 to open your 2019 return, not your 2018 or 2017 return.

I installed on 3 PCs, one of them worked. Turbotax - what a piece of crap and waste of time.
