      <title>Intuit does not support this browser</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am using Turbotax Home&amp;amp; Business desktop version.&amp;nbsp; I am trying to use the search function.&amp;nbsp; It worked before as I already filed the return.&amp;nbsp; Now trying to amend the return.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;When I click on the search button, it brings up a pop-up saying "Intuit does not support this browser" and shows me the 4 browser that it does support.&amp;nbsp; I have Chrome open and am using it as my default browser.&amp;nbsp; So not sure why it gives me this error message.&amp;nbsp; I have shut down the Turbotax software and restarted again, and also restarted my PC as well, to no avail.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One note, I was previously using the Brave Browser and had it as my default.&amp;nbsp; When I first saw this error message I changed my default browser to Chrome and restarted the PC.&amp;nbsp; So Turbotax should recognize that I am using a supported browser.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It seems to be a general TurboTax problem that's happening to everyone using the CD/Download software. It has nothing to do with Brave. I have reported the problem to TurboTax, but I don't expect them to even start working on it until tomorrow (Thursday) morning.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you temporarily disconnect from the internet, Search will work. Otherwise, Search is just not available until TurboTax fixes it.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I spent 3 or 4 hours on turbotax with a representative and we finally had to quit.&amp;nbsp; She was very patient and actually needs some kind of recognition.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
