      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not for tax purposes. &amp;nbsp;In some cases, the &lt;B&gt;non-custodial &lt;/B&gt;parent claims the dependents, while the &lt;B&gt;custodial&lt;/B&gt; parent claims Head of Household and the child credits, but from what you describe, that is not the case here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
