      <description>&lt;P&gt;If that income was &lt;B&gt;paid to you as the surviving spouse, you would report it.&lt;/B&gt;&amp;nbsp; It should show your Social Security Number on the form.&amp;nbsp; The payment isn't subject to social
                                    security, Medicare, or FUTA taxes so that should be blank or zero on the form.
                                 &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is reported with his social, you don't need to include it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; That said, normally, the Third Party sick pay after the year of death would have &lt;B&gt;your &lt;/B&gt;name and social as I said above.&amp;nbsp; If it doesn't, you may want to verify the W-2 is correct as reported.&amp;nbsp; &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, I am sorry for your loss.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
