Do not leave a c/b number. this is a public forum. No TT employee will call you. if you were allowed to leave such a number a caller would likely be someone trying to scam you or steal your identity.

This is a public web site. Anyone can see what you post including scammers and identity thieves who would love to contact you and pretend to be from TurboTax. No one from the user forum can call you. If you need customer support:
